Return Process

  Securely pack the camera strap in its original packaging, ensuring all clips and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our artisan workshop; we recommend using a trackable service.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
